Took over the legacy Ozcutabrasives storefront, handling initial technical groundwork ahead of the full custom rebuild that would later relaunch as Ozcut Welding Tables.

Built a global-first WooCommerce multi-site for Tenaxis, with dedicated sub-sites for Canada, New Zealand, and the UK alongside worldwide reach, plus a custom quotation and shipping system for orders outside flat-rate zones. Launched in April 2026 and still under active maintenance.

The Full Grip (rework)
Reworked The Full Grip's multi-region WooCommerce platform serving Australia and Canada, migrating it off Elementor to a fully custom-coded theme while keeping performance high across every regional site. Relaunched in June 2026 and still under active maintenance.
- Migrated off Elementor to a fully custom-coded theme across all sites, cutting the plugin count to under 10.
- Kept Lighthouse performance high across every regional site despite the custom rebuild.

Ozcut Welding Tables
Rebuilt Ozcutabrasives into Ozcut Welding Tables, a fully custom-coded WooCommerce theme for the Australian market, replacing the original Elementor-based storefront.
- Migrated off Elementor to a fully custom-coded theme, cutting the plugin count to under 10.
- Maintained high Lighthouse performance scores despite the added checkout and shipping logic.
- Implemented real-time, Australia-wide shipping rate calculations at checkout.
- Secured checkout with Cloudflare Turnstile and locked down the domain with custom Cloudflare firewall rules and DNS records (SPF/DKIM).
- Site is being surfaced by AI chat assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) as a recommendation for welding table searches in Australia.
